We offer four distinct methods from which you can choose. Each method carries with it different benefits, and targets different needs. Some will offer a better “fit” to your specific situation and circumstances then others. Also, certain solutions are best delivered using a specific method.
Coaching & Mentoring:
IT Group coaching and mentoring services help our IT clients realize the full potential that exists within their human capital resources. By forming collaborative partnerships with our coaching and mentoring clients, we create an effective and supportive environment for them to gain new awareness of the gap that exists between their perceived effectiveness, and their actual performance. This new awareness helps shift their thinking and build commitment to a new, compelling vision of their potential. Group Workshops:
IT Group workshops offer an IT-specific learning methodology that goes beyond traditional training & development approaches. Hands-on Consulting:
IT Group consulting offers clients hands-on assistance in meeting their specific goals. Organization Transformation offer clients a method of addressing their IT organization "en-mass". This toolbox includes in-house desktop publishing capabilities, as well as scalable printing and binding capabilities that allow us to scale production and meet the needs of our global clients every year. We supplement these traditional capabilities with state-of-the-art video and web based media production capabilities such as CD-ROM, DVD, streaming content, and other online “web based” media, as well as web-based application design and development.
All these capabilities apply to the design, production, and delivery of IT Group solutions and permit us to develop a customized approach highly targeted to your specific needs.

Quality and Controls
Our focus on quality started with our founder, Dr. Richard DeFiore, and continues to this day.
We maintain very rigorous quality control procedures to ensure consistently excellent products and services. All IT Group solution approaches and methodologies go through a rigorous review process by Tom Clarke, IT Group’s Vice President of Product Development.
Once reviewed and approved, it goes before a peer review panel by at least two other senior faculty members, in addition to the faculty member who has primary responsibility for development. Once in production, IT Group customers complete satisfaction forms, which are reviewed by Tom, the customer’s account executive, and discussed with the faculty members as necessary. IT Group services are continually updated based on the feedback we receive from our customers.
To ensure the continued quality of our staff, all IT Group faculty members are provided a video in which Dr. DeFiore describes IT Group philosophy and guidelines for providing service to customers. This serves as their baseline understanding of the importance of exceeding IT Group customer satisfaction, and IT Group’s approach to accomplishing it.
Building on that baseline, faculty members are required to attend regular sessions, where, via a peer review process, they are reviewed for “congruency” with IT Group standards, approaches, and methodologies. At these sessions faculty members have the opportunity to demonstrate that they are current with proven state-of-the-art business and management theory by sharing best practices, new experiences and learning with their peers. We also use these sessions to introduce new methodologies and services that our faculty feel will be of value to IT Group clients.
